          Background

          Alok ranjan Jha is from Patna,Bihar. He did his schooling from St Michael&#;s  High School and Further did his Graduation and Post Graduation (MA) from Hindu College,Delhi Universrity.

          He had done his M. Phil from Jawahar Lal Nehru also work as Political Science teacher at Hindu College before Selecting in Civil Service Exam. Alok failed in his First Two Attempts but he didn&#;t  get Nervous .

          6. Then he tries one more time with his Full Effort and Hard work. This time he is selected in Civil Service Exam as IFS (Indian Foreign Service).

          His Advice For Aspirants

          Two things must be very clear. First, they should have a career chalked out either in academics, media or elsewhere before they get into this, because I do think there is some amount of unpredictability in this exam and Second, I want them to have a sense of detachment from the exam.
